Miguel is a Senior Lecturer at Kingston University. His current interests comprise radical and alternative forms of organising, post-modern and critical organisation theory, literary fiction and storytelling, art and management, skateboarding architecture and free running, liberation management and globalisation effects in Latin America, women and minority issues in organisations.
