Maria Simosi is a Senior Lecturer at Royal Holloway (University of London), UK. She received her PhD in organizational psychology from the London School of Economics, UK. She has professional experience as a Human Resource Specialist. Her current research interests include psychological contract, organizational socialization, conflict management and organizational commitment. She has publications in international journals such as International Journal of HRM, Personnel Review and Argumentation. She is member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychologists.
